Terms and conditions
Terms for vendors using HostlyHost.
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms are between you and YARICEL PEREZ, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which operates the HostlyHost service under the name HostlyHost. These Terms govern your access to and use of the HostlyHost website, application, beta workspaces, guest access support workflows, and related services unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Service overview
HostlyHost provides software and workflows for short-term rental vendors, hosts, property managers, and service teams. The service may include phone and SMS support, stay verification, smart-lock access workflows, property resources, notifications, workspace administration, and operational logs.
Beta availability
HostlyHost is currently offered as a controlled beta / early-access service. Features, integrations, availability, support channels, workflows, and documentation may change as the service develops. Some guest-facing workflows, connected-provider features, smart-lock workflows, phone/SMS workflows, and workspace features may require manual review, setup, or approval before activation. We may approve, deny, pause, limit, or suspend beta access where necessary to protect guests, hosts, properties, connected providers, or the service.
Accounts and authority
You must have authority to create a workspace, connect third-party accounts, manage property data, configure guest access workflows, configure lock/access workflows, invite users or partners, and request guest support workflows. You represent that you have the legal right and authority to manage the properties, reservations, guest communications, access workflows, lock systems, connected accounts, and workspace data that you submit to or connect with HostlyHost. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through your workspace.
Vendor and customer responsibilities
- Keep property, reservation, lock, notification, and escalation settings accurate.
- Use smart-lock and remote-unlock features only where you have permission to do so.
- Maintain appropriate emergency, safety, and guest-service procedures outside HostlyHost.
- Comply with laws, platform rules, guest communication requirements, and provider terms that apply to your business.
- Review automated access-support outcomes and promptly correct inaccurate workspace or integration data.
Guest and property data
You authorize HostlyHost to process workspace, property, reservation, guest, communication, lock, and operational information as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to provide that data to HostlyHost and connected providers.
Third-party services
HostlyHost may allow workspace owners to connect authorized third-party services, including property-management systems, smart-lock platforms, phone, SMS, email, hosting, analytics, support, and infrastructure providers. When you connect or authorize a third-party service, you authorize HostlyHost to use that connection as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the HostlyHost service and guest access workflows. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and HostlyHost is not responsible for outages, errors, limitations, changes, or failures caused by third-party services.
Third-party non-affiliation
Third-party names, logos, services, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party service does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Smart locks and access actions
Smart-lock codes, unlock links, remote unlocks, and partner lock releases depend on hardware, internet connectivity, provider APIs, reservation data, and workspace settings. You remain responsible for physical property access, backup procedures, and decisions about when automated or remote access support is appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may not use HostlyHost to access properties without authorization, mislead guests, send abusive communications, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Access support is not an emergency service
HostlyHost supports guest access workflows and lockout recovery. HostlyHost is not an emergency dispatch service, security monitoring service, property security service, alarm service, locksmith service, or life-safety service. Hosts and operators are responsible for maintaining backup procedures for emergencies, safety incidents, access failures, internet outages, provider outages, device failures, and other situations requiring immediate attention.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable service, but HostlyHost may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, provider outages, telecom failures, lock connectivity, incorrect configuration, or other events outside our control. Features may change as the platform develops.
Fees, trials, and cancellation
Beta, trial, subscription, setup, usage, phone, SMS, or integration fees may apply as described during signup, in an order form, or in a separate written agreement. You may request cancellation assistance by contacting HostlyHost.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Statement. You agree that HostlyHost may use operational data to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and document the service.
Suspension and termination
HostlyHost may suspend or limit access if a workspace creates security risk, violates these terms, fails to maintain required permissions, interferes with service operation, or uses connected services in a way that could harm guests, properties, providers, or HostlyHost.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HostlyHost is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. HostlyHost is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, incorrect settings, connectivity failures, lock hardware issues, or unauthorized customer-side use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as HostlyHost features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above reflects the latest version posted on this website.
