How HostlyHost handles vendor and guest access data.

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how YARICEL PEREZ, LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating HostlyHost, collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the HostlyHost website, application, beta workspaces, vendor onboarding, and guest access support workflows.

What HostlyHost does

HostlyHost provides short-term rental operators, service vendors, and property teams with guest access support, phone and SMS workflows, smart-lock support, secure stay links, property resources, notifications, and operational logging.

Information we collect or process

How we use information

HostlyHost uses information to provide and operate guest access support, verify stays, route support requests, operate stay links and guest portals, support lockout recovery workflows, maintain audit history, send service-related notifications, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, prevent misuse, support onboarding, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

How information is shared

HostlyHost may share information with workspace owners and authorized users, guests when needed to deliver access support, service vendors helping us operate the platform, and third-party providers connected by a workspace. We may also disclose information when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or safety reasons.

Service providers and integrations

Workspace owners may choose to connect authorized third-party providers such as property-management systems, smart-lock platforms, phone, SMS, email, hosting, support, analytics, and infrastructure providers. HostlyHost uses connected-provider information only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support guest access workflows and related workspace features.

Phone, SMS, and email communications

HostlyHost may send or facilitate service-related calls, text messages, emails, or other communications for guest access support, workspace setup, verification, troubleshooting, notifications, and service operations. Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages. Recipients may request to stop non-essential SMS communications by replying STOP where supported or by contacting support@hostlyhost.com. Some transactional or access-support communications may be necessary to provide the service.

Data security

HostlyHost uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

HostlyHost keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, operate beta workspaces, maintain audit history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, and support security. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, workspace settings, legal requirements, connected-provider limitations, and operational needs.

Your choices and requests

Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, disconnection, or deletion of certain account/workspace information by contacting support@hostlyhost.com. Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, audit, dispute-resolution, backup, or legitimate operational purposes. Guests should usually contact the host, vendor, or property manager first, but HostlyHost can assist with privacy requests routed through the workspace owner.

Children

HostlyHost is a business operations service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the vendor website.
